About Me

Katherine Torrini: Austin, TX; In 1994 I stepped off a cliff and into the next chapter of my life. I put my life in my suitcase, my stuff in storage and bought a one-way ticket to Italy with no return address. In the four years I lived and worked there, I found my soul mate, the family and hometown I had always wanted and my calling as a teacher. But I somehow thought I had to give up my creativity to fit in, so I stepped into the creative closet. When I returned to the US 10 years ago, I was ready to come back out! That is when I discovered The Artist's Way and I learned I could have a life and a creative life. I've been committed to living my creative life and supporting others to live theirs ever since. My latest challenge: Starting my own business! Sometimes it feels like the hardest thing I've ever done and sometimes it seems to happen as if by magic. In spite of the challenges, empowering you to get up to your greatness is me getting up my greatness. Lets get up to your greatness together!
